ADMERUS founder, Abhiram, has a passion for pharmacology and business development. As a seasoned marketing executive with over 16 years of expertise in healthcare/pharmaceutical contract and research sectors forging win-win partnerships is his forte. His keen business acumen combined with a proven record are a valuable asset in effectively managing client relationships, strategic planning, and marketing. With his breadth of knowledge of drug development processes combined with his assertive and excellent people skills, Abhiram has been able to anticipate client needs while negotiating for them and leveraging existing contracts to enhance and expand businesses. He has been instrumental in establishing several start up CROs. Abhiram has worked across the globe wearing different hats including vice president of business planning and strategy and head of business development.

Dr. Sailendra Kumar Goswami, one of the best known experts in the field, has over 25 years of professional experience in the clinical research industry. His vast body of work includes over 3,000 bioequivalence studies, patient-based studies, in vitro BE studies, and studies for derma products for the FDA (USA), Health Canada, MHRA (UK), EMA (EU), WHO, TGA (Australia), Medsafe (New Zealand), MCC (South Africa), ANVISA (Brazil), ISP (Chile), and other regulatory agencies. With his strategic leadership and quality/regulatory expertise, Dr. Goswami has founded and established several clinical research organizations including Veeda Clinical Research, GVK Biosciences (Clinical R&D), Zydus Research Centre (BE centre), Cadila Pharmaceuticals (complete system up-gradation) and Raptim Research Ltd. that have approvals from all the major regulatory agencies of the world. His last assignment was with Raptim Research Ltd. as President. Under his astute and exemplary guidance, these organizations have flourished and grown manifold. Dr. Goswami earned his B. Pharm., M. Pharm., and Ph.D. from the L.M. College of Pharmacy, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He has graduate level certifications in Marketing, HR, General Management, and Finance.
